Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to provide production support for a manufacturing facility in Columbus, MS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machines and working with Siemens CNC controls. Programming experience is not required, as onsite Controls Engineers handle all programming activities. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines in a production environment. Perform machine setup and changeovers as required. Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous operation throughout the shift. Troubleshoot routine operational issues and coordinate with engineering teams when needed. Follow safety, quality, and production procedures. Support plant production goals by maintaining machine uptime and efficiency. Required Qualifications Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Siemens CNC controls, including: o Siemens 840D o Powerline o Solution Line Ability to perform machine setups and production support activities. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and maintain production schedules. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial manufacturing or heavy equipment environments. Previous experience supporting high-volume production operations. Who We Are?
