OMAX 55100

Waterjet cutting system to produce components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Understand, operate, and maintain the waterjet machine and all required support equipment. Interpret technical drawings, models, and technical documents to ensure appropriate tolerances, edge quality, and stock allowance for downstream machining operations. Program, edit, and troubleshoot cutting programs at the machine, including modifying DXF files, tool paths, lead-ins/outs, kerf compensation, and quality settings. Select and verify correct materials and thickness prior to cutting; adjust parameters accordingly. Mill Perform basic program edits and offsets as required. Assist with setup, tooling changes, and workholding adjustments. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
