CNC Operator 1st Shift | Full-Time | Seacoast NH Area Leddy Group is seeking a CNC Operator to join a growing, family-owned manufacturing company in the Seacoast area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with CNC machining experience who are looking to join a stable organization that values quality, teamwork, and employee development. Responsibilities:

Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and auxiliary equipment to produce parts according to blueprint specifications Perform post-machining operations including deburring, filing, and sanding Inspect components using measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and indicators Record and report production information using the companys ERP system Maintain a clean and organized work area Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the Cell Lead Perform basic machine maintenance checks Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of CNC machine operating experience required Experience machining metal components preferred Ability to read and use measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Flexible start and end times available within operating hours of 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Overtime opportunities available, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday mornings (not mandatory)
