Job Description

JWH Millwork LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our growing custom cabinetry and millwork shop. We manufacture custom cabinetry, MDF doors, closets, commercial millwork, and architectural woodwork using CNC machinery and modern woodworking equipment.

If you have never operated a CNC machine in a woodworking or cabinet shop, please do not apply. We will not respond to applications that do not have woodworking CNC experience. Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload sheet goods Set up tools and verify tool offsets Read shop drawings and production paperwork Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Keep machine and work area clean and organized Work with production staff to meet deadlines Requirements Minimum 2 years of CNC experience in a woodworking or cabinet shop Fluent English communication skills Ability to read shop drawings and cut lists Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Preferred Experience Mozaik VCarve Pro Aspire Nested-based manufacturing Cabinet and millwork production Tool setup and machine maintenance Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Overtime opportunities available
