Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a CNC Operator
  • Graveyard for a direct hire opportunity in Carson City, NV.
This role is ideal for a dependable manufacturing professional with CNC machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. The CNC Operator will program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines according to production specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who values quality workmanship, teamwork, safety, and a clean, organized manufacturing environment. The role offers a stable Monday through Friday graveyard schedule, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to a team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and conventional machines according to production specifications.
  • Load programs and perform simple program edits as needed under supervisor direction.
  • Inspect and measure parts using handheld measuring tools to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Blend surfaces and apply or remove excess material using hand tools, machinery, fixtures, and related equipment.
  • Perform part modifications to specification and follow production requirements for newly manufactured parts.
  • Maintain 5S standards, follow safety and environmental policies, and support quality requirements related to customer satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $19.00 to $33.00 per hour.
  • Job type: Direct hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
