M-F 5:30PM-2:30AM About the Role Exact Machine Service is seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced CNC milling equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, including: Cincinnati Milacron Okuma (2 Pallets) Makino Mitsui-Seiki Operate two machines simultaneously when cycle times allow Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and CNC instructions Utilize Siemens 840D and Fanuc controls for programming and machine adjustments Perform functional tests and inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of completed work Use precision measuring tools and inspection gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances Maintain accountability for workmanship quality while adhering to safety and compliance standards Input small amounts of data into machines and manage time clock entries for labor tracking Lift and handle tools required for machine setup and operation Stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift Apply basic shop math for calculations and measurements Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines Position Requirements Experience with setup and operation of CNC Milling Machines Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection gauges Basic computer skills (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Technical school diploma or machining certification (preferred) Ability to read, write, and understand English Benefits Competitive salary Attractive benefits package Generous Company Pension Plan Positive work-life balance Excellent career advancement opportunities Commitment to ongoing professional growth Employee Assistance Program Fully paid Tuition Assistance Program (where applicable) Free on-site parking
