This role involves operating CNC machines and machining centers to produce precision metal and non-metal components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks) Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications Load raw materials and monitor machine operation for accuracy and performance Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools Identify and troubleshoot machining issues such as tool wear or out-of-tolerance conditions Clean, deburr, and properly store finished parts and materials Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace Track and report usage of tooling, supplies, and materials Follow all quality procedures and safety guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of manufacturing or CNC experience, or technical training with related experience Ability to use precision measuring instruments Ability to read and interpret blueprints (GD&T knowledge a plus) Familiarity with G-code programming preferred CNC programming experience is a plus
