Job Description

CNC Setup/Operator Reports to: CNC Supervisor Company Overview Genesee Global is a quality driven contract manufacturing company servicing a large variety of industries including aerospace, transportation, medical, and defense. These industries require high levels of precision and quality to ensure the products meet the expectations of the customers. In addition to the CNC machining department, Genesee also provides on site sheet metal fabrication, welding, metal stamping, and metal finishing services utilizing the vast selection of fabrication equipment onsite. Genesee Global is an ever-growing company looking for talented and growth focused individuals that can continue to move the business forward. CNC operators work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and develop the advanced processes required to machine complex components. CNC operators will need to work closely with engineers to produce these fixtures efficiently and accurately to ensure fixtures are effective and functional. Quality is central to Genesee Global, and operators must be able to use inspection equipment effectively and record their finding accurately. Operators are expected to comply with quality standards to ensure best outcome. Genesee is a growth driven company, and our expectation is that every employee shares the desire to grow.
