About the Role As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our precision manufacturing operations by transforming raw materials into high-quality aerospace components. You will utilize your technical expertise in milling to ensure production efficiency and uphold our rigorous quality standards, directly contributing to the success of complex engineering projects. Responsibilities Set up, load, and operate CNC milling machinery to fabricate precise parts according to technical specifications. Execute manual deburring and finishing operations to ensure components meet exact design requirements. Perform consistent quality inspections using precision measuring tools to verify that all outputs align with process routing documents. Maintain equipment performance through daily preventative maintenance and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality and management, to troubleshoot machining challenges and optimize production flow. Manage production documentation and inspection records with high attention to detail to maintain traceability and compliance. Required Skills 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Vertical or Horizontal CNC Milling. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings. Demonstrated ability to use precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Strong foundational knowledge of machining processes including drilling, turning, and tapping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating Bridgeport machines. Proven track record of inspection competence in a high-tolerance manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
