Choose From Two Day Shift Schedules Tuesday-Friday:

5:00 AM-3:30

PM Monday-Thursday:

7:30 AM-5:45 PM Enjoy a 4-day workweek with three days off every week! Equipment You will be working with CNC milling equipment including: Haas Mini Mill Johnford SV-40 Fanuc OI-MF Controller What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines Perform machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, and workholding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Make necessary machine and tooling adjustments Set and verify offsets Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Troubleshoot machining and setup issues Maintain quality and productivity standards Follow all shop safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous CNC mill setup experience Experience with Haas, Johnford, Fanuc controls, or similar CNC equipment preferred Ability to independently set up CNC milling machines Strong blueprint-reading skills Knowledge of tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic If you have hands-on CNC milling and setup experience and are looking for a stable machining opportunity, apply today! #IND001 #TalrooIndependence
