CNC Operator Requirements:

Built for Precision GED or high school diploma required; machining background preferred. Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience. Comfortable reading blueprints and using gauges and micrometers. Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills. Able to lift materials and remain on your feet through the shift. Your Everyday Hustle You'll spend your day setting up, running, and fine-tuning CNC machinery to keep production moving. You'll read blueprints, verify tolerances, and inspect every piece for precision.
