Full Job Description CNC Mill Operator Pay Rate:
$20•$25/hr, paid weekly
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 2:30 PM•11:00
PM Training Schedule:
Initial training will be conducted on 1st Shift, Monday•Friday, 6:30 AM•3:00 PM, until fully trained for transfer to 2nd

Temp-to-hire Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to set up and operate CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing precision parts according to work orders and engineering drawings while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior CNC machining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to identify tooling or machine issues during production runs. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to specifications and blueprints. Load and unload parts while monitoring machine cycles for quality and efficiency. Identify and report machine malfunctions, worn tooling, or operational issues. Perform deburring, de-gating, polishing, and finishing tasks using hand tools. Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and router instructions. Package completed products and complete required production documentation. Communicate effectively with team members regarding production status and job requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Qualifications Prior CNC machining experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions preferred. Experience using precision measuring tools and hand tools preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
