Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM•6:00 PM Overview A growing precision manufacturing operation in Hudson, OH is hiring Machine Operators across multiple departments, including CNC machining, Hydromat rotary transfer, and centerless grinding. This is a hands-on role ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing high-quality, defect-free components in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Depending on your experience and placement, responsibilities may include: Operate and/or set up CNC mills, lathes, Hydromat rotary transfer machines, or centerless grinders Monitor machine performance and make adjustments (offsets, tooling, feeds/speeds) Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues to minimize downtime Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs Deburr and finish parts using hand tools Accurately document production and quality data (ERP systems such as Navision preferred) Identify and report quality issues; segregate non-conforming material Move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

What We're Looking For Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, Hydromat, or grinding operations Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to read and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Preferred:

3+ years of machining experience Experience with Hydromat or rotary transfer machines Experience with centerless grinding setup/operation Blueprint reading and interpretation skills Experience with precision measurement tools Forklift/tow motor experience ERP system experience (Navision or similar) Exposure to CMM or advanced inspection equipment Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs Exposure to manufacturing conditions (noise, machinery, temperature changes) Required use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.) Why Join?
