CNC Swiss Lead Location:
Cleveland, OH Job Type:
Full-Time Shift:
2nd Shift•Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM•1:00 AM (3-Day Weekend)
Pay:
$25•$42/hour (Based on Experience) We are hiring experienced CNC Setup & Operators and CNC Swiss Leads to support machining operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have strong experience with CNC setup, machine operation, troubleshooting, tooling, and quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC Swiss machines when applicable Perform first-piece inspection and monitor production quality Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and setup issues Read blueprints, drawings, and use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine settings as needed Support production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements Train or support operators (Lead-level candidates preferred)
Requirements:
3+ years of CNC setup and operating experience (8+ years preferred for CNC Swiss Lead) Experience with CNC Swiss machining is a plus Strong troubleshooting and machine setup skills Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment Apply now with your updated resume.
