CNC Operator

CNC operators needed - Temp-to-Hire and Great Benefits! Responsibilities and Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Machine Operation:

Operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Production Tracking:

Accurately keep track of production numbers, maintain thorough documentation, and complete necessary paperwork related to production processes.

Physical Requirements:

Stand for extended periods throughout the shift and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns immediately.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

Maintenance:

Assist in routine maintenance of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.

Additional Duties:

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the production team and improve overall operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating CNC machinery is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and directions. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

Work Environment:

This position will primarily work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to tools, machines, and equipment. Safety gear may be required, including gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
