Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate:

$17.50/hr - $22/hr (depending on experience)

If you enjoy a hands-on environment where accuracy matters down to the thousandth of an inch, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do In this dual-discipline role, you will be responsible for bringing raw materials to life through precise cutting and grinding:

Precision Grinding:

Set up, adjust, and operate Blanchard grinding machines to achieve specific finishes and dimensions.

CNC Operation:

Manage a CNC burn table to cut products according to strict dimensional specifications.

Quality Control:

Use micrometers and other inspection tools to ensure every part is within a .001" tolerance .

Logistics:

Safely operate hoists to move parts throughout the shop. What We're Looking For We value a strong work ethic and the mechanical "know-how" to get the job done right:

Aptitude:

Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.

Education/Experience:

A vocational degree in machine shop practices is preferred.

Pro-tip:

If you are an expert in either grinding or CNC burning, we are willing to train you in the other discipline!

Physical Stamina:

Ability to handle parts up to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the day.
