CNC Operator - 3rd

$19.92/hour
Shift:
3rd Shift (Overnight) Position Overview Local Company in Fremont, OH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other automated equipment) to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards Perform basic machine setups and tooling changes as needed Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Frequent use of hands and arms for operating machinery CNC Operator
