Fridays Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This position involves working with hand drills, plywood, adhesives, and various hand tools to assemble and manufacture quality products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Operate hand drills and other hand tools safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, assemble, and secure plywood components according to specifications. Apply glues and adhesives to materials while ensuring proper bonding and quality standards. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other production and assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or construction experience preferred. Experience using hand drills and hand tools. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment. #EO06
