Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Laser Cutting Operator to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment, reading blueprints, and working in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality parts. Responsibilities Operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut metal materials according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Set up machines and adjust settings as needed. Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality. Measure materials and finished products using precision measuring tools. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Previous CNC laser cutting experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of measuring tools and metal fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required. Schedule
