Full-TimeInova Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH!This position is ideal for a skilled manufacturing professional with previous machine operation experience who is comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.

Position OverviewThe CNC Machine Operator will perform hands-on production work while following blueprints and work instructions to produce quality precision-machined parts. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong blueprint-reading skills, and experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machinery according to production requirements and work instructionsRead and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are produced accuratelyFollow detailed work instructions and production specificationsPerform quality checks throughout the production processUse precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measuresIdentify and report quality issues or discrepanciesMaintain accurate production and quality documentationFollow all safety and quality proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaLearn and follow company-specific machine and production processes

QualificationsRequired:

Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprintsHands-on experience using micrometers and calipersComfortable using gauges and other precision measuring equipmentStrong math skillsMechanically inclined with good problem-solving skillsReliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shiftAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.
