We are looking for a Wood CNC Operator who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a high-variety, custom production environment. This is not a steel shop. Organized and detail oriented with a high-variety workload Can visualize parts and outcomes in their head before the machine runs Punctual and consistent because the machine and the team depend on it Learns from mistakes and is eager to try new approaches Asks questions instead of guessing Committed to learning the craft, not just running a program Brings a serving attitude and strong problem solving skils to the team Benefits 401(k) with matching Paid time off Employee discount On the job training Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM No weekends Overtime available
