In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines, interpret blueprints, and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality. Responsibilities Set up CNC machines by loading programs, selecting tools, and adjusting machine parameters. Operate machines to perform drilling, turning, milling, or grinding operations. Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Load and secure raw materials, monitor production, and adjust tooling as needed. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical degree is a plus. Five or more years of CNC setup and operating experience preferred. Knowledge of CNC programming, G-code, and machine controls. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
