The ideal candidate will have experience in operating milling machines and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role is critical to ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet our stringent quality standards. The CNC Mill Operator will work in a fast-paced factory environment and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines. Responsibilities Set up, program and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications and production requirements. Assemble tooling and fixtures necessary for machining operations. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output. Perform routine maintenance on milling machines to ensure optimal performance. Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions of machined parts. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards. Safely operate forklifts for material handling as needed within the factory environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve machining processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficient in operating CNC milling machines with knowledge of Fanuc controls preferred. Strong understanding of machining principles, including tooling, assembly, and quality control practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with factory environments and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
