What It Takes High school diploma or GED 1 year of hands-on machine or production floor experience Good with mechanics, tools, and small repairs Detail-driven with pride in your work Able to lift and move heavy loads Works well with the crew, safety always first Daily Responsibilities Operate assigned machines with accuracy and focus Watch for malfunctions and take quick action to fix them Inspect output for defects and quality Make adjustments or swaps to keep production flowing Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
