Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting with the operation of CNC machines used to produce metal or other components according to specifications. Duties include loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operation, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Training may be provided for candidates who are willing to learn, follow instructions, and develop their machining skills. The ideal candidate has good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Skills and Experience:

Responsibilities Assist with operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. Load and unload materials and finished components. Monitor machines during production and report any issues. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy. Use measuring tools as instructed. Follow work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist experienced operators with basic machine setup and adjustments as trained. Skills Basic mechanical aptitude. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependability and willingness to learn. Requirements Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed. Ability to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to follow safety and quality standards.
