Job Summary - CNC Mill & Lathe Operator We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Machinist/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of our production runs by setting up and monitoring runs for quality. To succeed in this position, you will be thorough and hardworking, demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Computer Numeric Controlled heavy machinery operation, and prove you are committed to quality and safety. Global Machine Company - Muskogee, OK Responsibilities and Duties Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified Experience in blueprint reading, tooling, and production. Ability to operate manual machines. Must work well with others and be proficient and organized Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent is required Needs to have 3-5 years' experience in operating and set-ups. Significant hands-on experience working on a production floor Able to successfully set up and run production Solid necessary math skills, including measuring and keeping count records Able to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions Proven record of quality, on-time production runs Significant knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance Commitment to safety at all times Keen eye for detail Able to perform physically demanding work—standing, bending, lifting 25 lbs regularly Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player and self-starter Good communication skills, written and verbal Benefits Medical Insurance Dental insurance Vacation time Holiday pay.
