Full-Time | Train on Day Shift, then move to

This is an awesome opportunity for someone who loves legacy electronics, troubleshooting, programming, and hands-on technical work.
What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor laser trim machinery used in precision electronics manufacturing Work with industrial PCs, automation equipment, motion-control electronics, and related control software Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met Read and interpret technical documentation and process instructions Assist with machine maintenance and support production efficiency Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues Learn and work within legacy programming and electronics environments Train on day shift before transitioning to swing shift once fully trained What's In It for

Have:
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Interest in electronics, industrial automation, or machine programming Comfortable working around industrial equipment and manufacturing machinery Ability to learn technical systems and programming environments Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Experience as a bench electronics technician or similar technical role Exposure to industrial PCs, motion-control systems, or automation equipment Familiarity with programming languages or desire to learn: C C++ x86 Assembly Language Borland Pascal / Delphi Visual Basic Manufacturing or production experience Experience troubleshooting electronics or machine systems
