You will:

Load and unload materials; perform basic machine setups Start, stop, and monitor CNC machines under supervision Watch for tool wear, part defects, or machine errors Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Document inspection results and report deviations Handle raw materials and finished parts safely Communicate with your team and support shop workflow Maintain a clean, organized work area Perform other duties as assigned This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and learning new technical skills. What You Bring No machining experience? No problem. We'll train you. Here's what helps you succeed: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred) Ability to read simple drawings Basic shop math (geometry, trigonometry, feed/speed calculations) Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Strong attendance and reliability Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to operate material‑handling equipment Willingness to learn and be coachable Key Competencies We're looking for someone who embodies the

Schedule Training:

Day shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Reliable attendance is essential.
