CNC Mill Operator

CNC Operator Corvallis Tool Company just celebrated 40 years in business and is looking to hire an experienced CNC Mill operator. Programming experience is a plus but not necessary. CNC Operator Job Responsibilities:

CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance. Plans machining by studying released drawings, familiarity with CAD drawings. Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points. Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments. Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position. Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces. Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Work Hours and Benefits 40 hour week hours are 7:00-3:30 Two fifteen minute breaks and a half hour lunch. 50 hour week hours are 6:00-4:30 Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, PTO are all available after a 90 day period.
