Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precise, high-quality stone products using our machines/robots. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate machine specifications for each project based on design requirements Monitor production and report any machine malfunctions or product issues Ensure all products meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards Maintain detailed production logs and quality control documentation Follow and enforce safety procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate routine maintenance Safely handle materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment Required Qualifications Experience operating CNC or similar machines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic math skills for measurements, tolerances, and machine settings Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical shop environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with granite, marble, or other stone materials Familiarity with waterjet cutting technology Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
