We continue to grow our team and improve our production capabilities by adding advanced machinery and refining our processes. About the Position As a Machine Operator, you will be the backbone of our production floor, operating and supporting key equipment including CNC routers, edge banders, and horizontal drilling/doweling machines. You will play a critical role in meeting production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the shop. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to assist in various areas of production as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Manage material production to meet project schedules and work orders
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules
• Check in materials as they arrive and maintain organized material storage
• Work collaboratively with shop team to meet quality and construction standards
• Perform basic machine setup, routine maintenance, and daily care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Physical Requirements
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs (vacuum lift available for heavier materials)
• Standing, bending, crouching, and reaching for extended periods
• Ability to accurately read tape measures and digital calipers
• Ability to work in various physical positions, including occasional work at heights
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workstation Qualifications
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings, plans, and work orders
• Knowledge of different sheet goods and cabinet materials
• Prior CNC experience preferred, especially with WoodWop programs
• Experience with edge banding equipment is a plus
• Working knowledge of the construction and woodworking industry
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and adapt as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Basic computer literacy

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
