Full Job Description A well-established manufacturing company with more than 60 years of success is seeking a dependable CNC Panel Saw Operator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, small-team environment. Previous CNC panel saw experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, mechanics, manufacturing, woodworking, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

Load and position full 4' x 8' material sheets onto the CNC panel saw Program and operate CNC equipment to complete accurate cuts Read measurements and use a tape measure to verify specifications Change saw blades and perform basic machine adjustments Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy Follow production schedules and work orders Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently while collaborating with a small production team

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on work ethic Ability to accurately use a tape measure Manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or mechanical experience preferred Previous CNC panel saw or CNC machine experience is a plus Ability to lift and move material sheets safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and reliability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
