Job Opportunity:

CNC Operators & Machinists - Multiple Openings A client of ours in the Tigard, Tualatin, and surrounding areas is looking to add experienced CNC Operators and Machinists to their teams. We are currently hiring for multiple positions with several different companies , including CNC Mill Operators, CNC Mill Machinists, CNC Lathe Machinists, CNC Operators, and CNC VTL Operators.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC mills, lathes, VTLs, and other CNC machinery. Load and unload materials and parts into CNC equipment. Monitor machines during production and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and inspection equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications. Perform in-process and final quality checks. Set up machines and tooling based on experience and position requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and production requirements. Meet production, quality, and attendance expectations.

Requirements:

Previous CNC machining or CNC machine operation experience preferred. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, VTLs, or similar equipment. Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions. Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties. Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely. Additional experience with machine setup, tooling, offsets, or programming may qualify for higher-paying positions.

Schedule:

Multiple shifts available depending on position and company. Day, swing, and weekend schedules may be available. Hours vary by opening.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.20/hr., depending on experience, skills, and position.

Duration:

This is a Temp-to-Hire.
