This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive hourly rates up to $23.00 per hour, along with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities include:

Load and unload parts into CNC machines Operate production machinery to maintain quality and output targets Monitor machines for issues and report any malfunctions Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check part quality Complete basic finishing tasks including deburring, cleaning, and packaging Follow production schedules and work orders Record production data in ERP systems or production sheets Support general housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement activities Carry out basic preventative maintenance on equipment

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not essential Basic understanding of CNC or machining processes is advantageous Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment How to
