•$31.00 per hour (Flexible based on experience)

Monday

•Friday | 6:00 AM

Direct hire opportunity Medical, dental, and vision benefits available the 1st of the month 401(k) with company match of 4.5% to 6% based on employee contribution Consistent first-shift schedule Stable manufacturing environment with long-term career potential About the Role We're seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines used to manufacture precision components. This position is ideal for a machinist who understands machine setup and operation, not someone who simply loads parts and presses start.

What You'll Do:

Set up CNC milling machines, tooling, fixtures, and materials Operate CNC mills to produce precision-machined components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and machine upkeep Document production and quality information accurately Work with castings and machined components Follow all safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

CNC mill experience with setup and operation responsibilities Ability to independently start up, set up, and run machines Strong blueprint reading and machining skills Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Knowledge of CNC troubleshooting and machine maintenance Experience with castings is highly preferred Technical or trade school training is a plus 5+ years of CNC milling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe boots required

We're looking for a hands-on machinist who can confidently set up and operate CNC mills with minimal supervision, troubleshoot issues independently, and consistently produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
