Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components in a fast-paced environment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications and engineering drawings. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards. Conduct regular quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in materials handling. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with CNC machinery, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and quality control procedures is highly desirable. Experience in assembly line operations and materials handling is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for interpreting blueprints and performing measurements accurately. A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work is required.
