CNC Lathe Operator

CNC Lathe Operator Full-Time | Onsite | Competitive Pay | Skilled Manufacturing Environment A growing precision‑manufacturing team is looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC lathes in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on machining, problem‑solving, and producing high‑quality parts with tight tolerances. What You'll Do Operate one or more CNC lathes efficiently to meet production goals. Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, drilling, and other lathe operations. Select proper tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to optimize machining time. Adjust machines to maintain required dimensions and part quality. Diagnose and resolve machine alarms and operational problems. Follow machine tool safety procedures and complete daily maintenance tasks. Read and interpret both basic and complex drawings and sketches. Use measuring devices to inspect finished pieces Download/upload part programs and make necessary edits. Train other operators and assist with basic machine maintenance. What You Bring Experience operating CNC machines, or industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment Understanding of machine tool safety, tooling, and machining procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
