What You'll Do Set up, program edits, troubleshoot, and run CNC lathes with minimal supervision Manufacture precision plastic components from prints and work instructions Edit G‑code directly at the machine and optimize programs for efficiency Inspect parts using standard measuring tools and advanced equipment (Keyence, OGP, CMM, optical comparator) Perform first‑article and in‑process inspections to ensure quality standards Operate multiple machines and support production as needed Follow all safety, quality, and

requirements What We're Looking For 1+ year of CNC lathe experience in a production environment Strong G‑code knowledge (program edits, subprograms, calculations) Ability to independently read and interpret blueprints and drawings Experience machining thermoplastics (PEEK, PTFE, Acetal, Nylon, UHMW, etc.) is a plus Comfortable using shop computers for files, programs, and documentation High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
