Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Operator who takes pride in precision work and is motivated to grow their machining career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Set up CNC machines using setup sheets and job instructions Load and unload parts while maintaining production flow Inspect parts using measuring tools and inspection checklists Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances Read and interpret part drawings and blueprints Edit programs at the machine or workstation as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision Identify and troubleshoot machining or quality issues Qualifications Minimum 2 years of machining experience required Ability to read blueprints and understand part geometry Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Experience with offsets, setup, and basic program edits Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Comfortable working independently Knowledge of geometric and trigonometric concepts is a plus What We're Looking For Someone eager to advance their machining skills A dependable team player with a strong work ethic A problem-solver who takes ownership of their work Compensation & Benefits Health Insurance Benefits 401K with matching Full-time position Opportunity for growth and skill development Please submit a resume for consideration.
