About Us Beaver Dam Outdoors is a wholesale manufacturer of high-quality poly outdoor furniture, serving retailers across the East Coast. Our team combines skilled craftsmanship with modern production to create durable, premium products. What You'll Do as a CNC Operator Set up and operate CNC machines, including routers and mills, for production runs. Load materials and verify proper machine setup before starting jobs. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Record production data and communicate any issues to supervisors. Coordinate with production and assembly teams to meet daily output goals.

Our Ideal CNC Operator Experienced CNC Operator:

Brings at least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably working with wood, plastic, or poly materials.

Mechanically Inclined:

Understands machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.

Blueprint Reader:

Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus.

Reliable Worker:

Shows up consistently, works hard, and follows through on responsibilities. Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Team-Oriented:

Works well with production and assembly teams to keep jobs moving efficiently.
