CNC Machine Operators Jessup, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22630308 Summary Jessup, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 6 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description N & N Drilling Supply of Jessup, PA is an industry leading supplier of industrial drilling and boring equipment for industrial and construction applications. We are currently seeking applicants for CNC Machine Operators to operate machines. Ideal applicants will have 6 months to 1 year of work experience or formalized training from a vocational/technical school. Must be able to understand blue print specifications and use precision measuring devices for quality assurance. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Operate and set up CNC machining equipment used in the manufacture of drilling tools and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to produce precision-machined components that meet company quality standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Load raw materials and tooling into machines and verify machine settings. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Follow quality control procedures to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances. Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals. Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Prior CNC machining experience preferred but not required for trainable candidates.
