Description CNC Operator / Gunsmith We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a CNC Operator / Gunsmith. As part of our team, you will work with a small group of individuals dedicated to their craft and a small business just as dedicated to its team members with opportunities for future growth and advancements. This position is ideal for someone that is looking for an opportunity to join a recognized and growing company within the firearms manufacturing industry, where you will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver exceptional quality products. We are also a diverse team of collaborators, doers, inventors and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. This position is responsible for rifle assembly, disassembly and cleaning of bolt action rifles along with the operation of a CNC lathe and mill. Individual will be expected to perform other related tasks as needed, including but not limited to, shipping duties and range maintenance. Full-time and part-time available. Gun enthusiasts encouraged to apply with on the job training available!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Must be 18 years of age.

Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.

Ability to safely handle firearms and adhere to all state, federal, and company firearms regulations.

Experience with rifles and shooting experience required.

Ability to follow verbal and written instruction accurately and precisely.

Knowledge of firearm safety required.

The ability to safely modify, repair or assemble components with the use gunsmithing tools with physical strength and hand/finger dexterity a must.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to pack and ship orders up to 50 pounds.

Experience with CNC lathes and mills preferred, but not necessary.

CAD/CAM experience preferred, but not necessary.

Tooling and fixturing experience preferred, but not necessary .

Willingness to perform other related tasks as needed.

Must pass a drug screen, physical and mental health/psychological screen.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
