  • CNC Mill Operator - 3rd Shift
  • Pay:
    $20+/hour (Based on Experience)
  • Shift:
    11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

  • What You'll Do
  • + Operate
  • Haas CNC Milling machines
  • , including
  • 4-axis and 5-axis equipment
  • , to manufacture precision medical components. + Load materials, run production jobs, inspect finished parts, and make machine adjustments as needed. + Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts that meet strict quality standards and tight tolerances. + Perform precision measurements using
  • micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
  • . + Work with a variety of materials, including
  • metal (75%) and plastic (25%)
  • components. + Maintain quality by working within tolerances of
  • ±0.0001 inches
  • and documenting production results. + Assist with additional manufacturing and production tasks as needed to support team goals.
  • Qualifications
  • + Previous experience operating
  • CNC milling machines
  • required. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. + High School Diploma or GED required (must be able to provide documentation before permanent hire). + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + Capable of lifting

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $20.
    00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
