Job Title:
CNC Swiss Operator Job Description Join our team as a CNC Swiss Operator, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss Screw machines to manufacture small parts for the medical industry. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in CNC or machine operation, and offers the opportunity to work with advanced machinery and materials. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Swiss Screw machines for medical parts production. Use the Part Maker program (similar to Solidworks) for programming tasks. Work with 4 and 5 axis machines to ensure precision. Load stock, run machines, check parts, and make necessary adjustments. Handle metal parts (75% of the time) and plastic parts (25% of the time). Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and precision. Complete additional manufacturing tasks as needed. Follow blueprints to produce parts accurately. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools. Work with precision up to +/- ten thousandths of an inch. Essential Skills Experience with CNC operation and machine setup. Proficiency in milling and machine operating techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints with at least 1+ years of experience. Experience using micrometers and calipers. Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high precision. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently and exert 50 lbs of force occasionally. Why Work Here? The facility is clean and well-maintained. The dress code ensures safety, requiring no fringes, loose-fitting clothing, or long loose hair. Jeans are acceptable. The role is for the 3rd shift, from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, Monday to Friday, with initial training provided on the 1st or 2nd shift. You will work alongside one other person on the 3rd shift and have the opportunity to handle over 3,000 different parts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
