Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure efficient production processes and high-quality outputs. Duties Set up CNC milling machines, including loading tooling and programming using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings. Operate CNC milling machines with precision, ensuring parts are machined according to specifications using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards. Conduct routine inspections of machined parts utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements and ensure adherence to design specifications. Maintain machine calibration and perform preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs or tooling as needed, and document all operations accurately. Support fabrication processes involving welding, stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and other manufacturing equipment as required. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of MasterCam Ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling, materials handling, fabrication processes including welding and stamping presses. Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings. Knowledge of safety procedures related to factory equipment operation including forklift handling when necessary. Pay:
$22.90 - $25.00 per hour
