Work with high-quality equipment under ISO quality standards. The Role As a CNC Machine Operator, you won't just push buttons—you'll be the gatekeeper of quality. You will independently operate CNC equipment to produce high-precision parts while ensuring every specification is met.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup & Operation:

Load parts, set machine offsets, change tools, and perform simple program edits.

Precision Inspection:

Use hand measurement tools to verify part accuracy against blueprints and document results via control charts.

Maintenance & Flow:

Deburr components, perform secondary operations, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain production goals. What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

6 months to 1 year of CNC machining experience (or equivalent technical training).

Technical Skills:

Ability to read blueprints, use shop math, and follow complex technical instructions in English.

Precision Mindset:

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to "doing it right the first time."

Reliability:

You take pride in being punctual and working effectively within a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
