The right candidate takes pride in quality work, stays productive, and is willing to work overtime to help meet production deadlines. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor the CNC router and automated material-handling system. Verify programs, tooling, and materials before running jobs. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality. Identify machining problems and communicate issues promptly. Perform routine machine care and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow safety procedures and work with the production team to keep jobs moving. Qualifications CNC router or woodworking manufacturing experience preferred; CR Onsrud experience is a plus. Able to read measurements and job instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a self-motivated attitude. Must be willing and available to work overtime when required.
