CNC Mill Set Up Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a 2nd Shift experienced CNC programmer/operator for CNC Milling Machines. Candidate must be able to program, set up, and run HAAS and/or Fadal CNC Milling Machines.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in inspection methods - first article and in-process inspection of precision machined parts Understanding of machine tool clearances, set up accuracy, fixture offsets, and cutting tool offsets Knowledge of cutting tool feeds, speeds, and tool hard turning and/or milling applications Ability to interpret blue print and quality requirements HOURS Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am Overtime as necessary
