Job Description

CNC Setup Operator $26.00/Hour | 1st Shift HTI is hiring a CNC Setup Operator for a growing manufacturing company. We are seeking an experienced CNC professional who can independently set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment to support high-quality production. Thursday:
6:00 AM•3:00
PM Friday:
6:00 AM•12:00 PM What You'll Do Set up, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines for production runs Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters Load and verify CNC programs and machine settings Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency Perform routine machine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Maintain setup, production, maintenance, and quality records Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes Train machine operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What You Need Previous CNC setup experience required Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes Proficiency with G-Code and M-Code programming Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience selecting tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters High attention to detail and commitment to quality High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training in CNC machining or manufacturing technology preferred Why Apply?
