CNC OPERATOR

Greeneville, TN Pay:

$15.00-$15.50 per hour | Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a dependable CNC Operator with previous CNC experience or a strong machining background to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with machining knowledge who is looking for a long-term position.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery and monitor equipment during production. Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or machining specifications as needed. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Measure parts using basic measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safety procedures and production requirements. Assist with troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues.

Requirements:

Previous CNC experience or a strong machining/manufacturing background required. Ability to read and write in English and follow written instructions. Excellent attendance and punctuality are a MUST. Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and physically demanding environment. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
